working principle:

JHL type three-in-one check valve is installed on the pump port of water supply and drainage, hot and cold water treatment, boiler condensate water, and secondary water supply management in general buildings, apartments and factories to prevent the backflow of media in the pipeline caused by stoppage of operation.

Features:

A. Function of water hammer check valve

1. Even if the pump outlet pressure is small, the valve disc can be lifted and the fluid can pass through.

(0.04-0.07kgt/cm2 starts working).

2. Due to the stop of operation, the fluidity of the fluid is weakened, and the valve disc is closed by the action of the spring. This can completely prevent water hammer caused by reverse flow in general check valves.

3. The three-in-one check valve, because its sealing gasket is made of synthetic rubber, can absorb the impact generated when the valve is closed and is completely sealed.

B. Cut-off function

Use the valve stem to push the valve disc downward, close to the valve seat, and completely block the flow. Generally, gate valves are made of metal-to-metal contact, so it is impossible to form a complete seal. However, the three-in-one check valve can be completely sealed because its valve disc is made of NBR.

C. Balance valve function

The flow of fluid can be adjusted by adjusting the opening by adjusting the lever up and down with your hands.
