1.Application
The three eccentric sealing butterfly valve series products are designed using the three eccentric principle, with elastic sealing and multi-level sealing structures. The connection forms include flange connection, wafer connection, wafer lug connection, and butt welding connection. There is no mechanical wear during the opening and closing process, and they are mainly used as devices for regulating flow, cutting or connecting fluids on pipelines with different media such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, food, medicine, water supply and drainage, and gas transportation
2.Structure Features
Due to the unique principle and structure of three eccentricities, the opening and closing torque of the gate is small, and the operation is flexible and lightweight:
·The sealing surface of the valve body is made of hard alloy or stainless steel, and the sealing surface has characteristics such as erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance
·The sealing surface can adopt multi-layer stainless steel sheet clamp flexible graphite layer, which has dual sealing characteristics of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. The all-metal sealing structure has fire resistance and can be used for high temperature working conditions. Stainless steel sheet clamp polytetrafluoroethylene or separate polytetrachloroethylene sealing ring can also be used; Multiple combinations of sealing pairs are available for selection, fully meeting the requirements of different working conditions such as low temperature and high temperature:
·High performance hard impact seal, with the valve seat and butterfly plate directly welded with hard alloy, solves the problem of medium erosion during the opening process of the seal and improves its service life.
·The sealing surface is clamped onto the butterfly plate by the sealing ring pressure plate, making it easy to install, adjust, and replace for maintenance:
·The valve stem is equipped with shaft sleeve support, which can effectively reduce the deviation caused by Friction torque and valve stem wear, and ensure more stable and reliable performance:
·The three eccentric screw valve can work under full pressure difference according to the flow direction requirements, and can be designed as a bidirectional seal according to user requirements:
·According to user requirements, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic actuators can be selected to achieve remote control and automated operation.
