working principle:
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve changes, the pressure difference at both ends of the pilot valve changes, and the opening of the pilot valve changes. When the pressure difference is large, the opening of the pilot valve becomes larger, the water leakage in the control room increases, and the pressure in the control room of the main valve decreases. , the opening of the main valve increases, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve becomes smaller. On the contrary, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve becomes smaller, the pilot valve opening becomes smaller, and the pressure in the main valve control chamber rises, pushing the main valve opening to decrease and causing the main valve pressure difference to increase. This negative feedback effect stabilizes the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve at the set value. Setting the needle valve opening and pilot valve spring pressure can set the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve.
