1. Application

The double eccentric sealing butterfly valve adopts a double eccentric structure and elastic sealing design, which has good sealing performance and is widely used in pipelines such as petroleum, chemical, power, food, water supply and drainage, municipal engineering, etc., as a device for controlling the flow direction of the medium and regulating the flow rate.

2.Structure Features

Double eccentric structure: The rotation axis of the valve stem is eccentric with the sealing surface of the butterfly plate, and is eccentric with the axis of the valve body flow channel. When opened, the butterfly plate can quickly detach from the sealing surface of the valve seat, and there is no squeezing between the sealing rings, effectively preventing the wear of the sealing rings, improving sealing performance and service life.

·Due to the design principle of double eccentricity, the opening and closing torque of the reading door is small, and the operation is flexible and lightweight:

·The sealing surface of the body is made of hard alloy or stainless steel, and the sealing surface has characteristics such as erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance

·Adopting rubber or tetrachloro sealing rings, it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, stable performance, non aging, and low friction coefficient;

·The sealing ring has an automatic compensation function, which overcomes the adverse effects of the material due to Thermal expansion:

·The valve stem is equipped with a shaft sleeve support, which can effectively reduce the opening and closing torque and valve stem wear, ensuring a more reliable seal:

·According to user requirements, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic actuators can be selected to achieve remote control and automated operation.
