The body of the fully welded ball valve is forged from high-quality carbon steel and side entry,the middle flange and neck are connected by full welding. There are two types of fully welded ball valves: cylindrical fully welded valve body structure and spherical fully welded valve body structure. Our company has a complete set of mature welding technologies with low residual stress and low toughness loss. Based on international advanced standard, the CTOD value of welding joint fracture toughness is used for safety assessment without post weld heat treatment. According to the nominal size and pressure of the ball valve, we can provide fully welded ball valves, including fully welded trunnion ball valves and fully welded floating ball valves. We can provide buried fully welded ball valves with extended stem according to the customer's usage conditions. The extension height of the stem is provided by the customer.
Structural characteristics
1. The fully welded ball valve body is forged from high-quality materials, with the ball mounted on the side and the middle flange and upper and lower necks connected by full welding; The fully welded structure has fewer leakage points.
2. The valve seat is designed according to API 6D and is divided into three sealing structures: DBB, DIB-1, and DIB-2.
There are three types of sealing structures between the valve seat and the ball:
I Traditional plastic soft sealing structure design;
II Design of triangular ring sealing structure mainly VITON AED;
3、 Design of PMSS soft and metal to metal sealing structure.
4. The valve stem is designed to anti-blow out, which can prevent the valve stem blow out from the valve body due to improper operation;
5. Equipped with fire safe and anti-static devices;
6. The valve seat seal and valve stem seal are designed with an emergency sealing grease injection inlet. Normal sealing does not rely on sealing grease. When the sealing surface is damaged and causes leakage, sealing grease can be injected for emergency repair. Install a grease valve and an embedded check valve at each grease injection port.
7. Drain outlets and vent outlets. A drain valve is installed at the lowest position of the valve body, which can empty and drain the valve chamber; A vent valve is installed on the upper part of the valve body, which can be used to vent and clean the valve chamber. The drain valve and vent valve can be isolation valves or specialized discharge joints, ensure safety, reliability, and convenient usage.
8. A mouting pad that can be matched with various actutaors. They include the lever, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, gas over oil, electro-hydraulic actuator, etc
9. The body of fully welded ball valve is treated through special processes to enhance the yield strength of materials and enhance the weldability of materials and pipelines. Valves with pup at both ends, the length of the pup can ensure that on-site welding operations do not affect the sealing material;
10. Buried design. Valves installed underground, with stems extended according to project requirment to facilitate above ground operation, and corresponding grease injection, drainage, and venting devices extended from pipes to the ground.
