The design and manufacturing of floating ball valve from JIAGU ensure maximum service life and reliability. All ball valves are fully open and meet the design requirements of the American Petroleum Institute standards API 608&API 6D and the British standard BS 5351, and comply with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard ASMEB16.34.
Structural characteristics
1. The valve body is made of high-quality material casted or forged, and the valve is side entry. The middle flange and neck are connected by bolts.
2. The valve seat is designed according to API 608 and API 6D.
There are two types of sealing structures between the valve seat and the ball:
Ⅰ Traditional plastic soft sealing structure design;
II Metal to metal sealing structure design.
3. The valve stem is anti -blow out design, which can prevent the stem blow out from the valve body due to improper operation.
4. Equipped with fire and anti-static devices.
5. Mounting pad that can be matched with various actuator, which includes the lever, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, oil over gas, electro-hydraulic actuator, etc.
6. Buried design. For valves are installed underground, according to the project requirements the stems need to be extended ,so that grease injection, drainage, and venting devices can extend from the pipes to the ground,it can be easy for above ground operation. The buried height is provided by the customer.
